Tuesday & Thursday night at 7pm starting 16/01/24

Cost: $15 (cash only)

Duration: 40-60 minutes

All equipment is provided: chairs, cushions, mats, etc.

Enjoy the benefits of meditation, in the support of a group setting and with the guidance of an instructor. Classes are suitable for everyone, including those with no experience.

    No, you may sit on a chair, sit on the floor and/or lay on the floor when meditating. This is up to your personal preference and physical capabilities. We will provide chairs, cushions and mats to make it a comfortable, enjoyable experience.
  • Do I need prior experience to join a meditation class?
    No, we welcome beginners. Our instructor provides guidance suitable for all levels.
  • What should I wear to a meditation class?
    Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit or move easily. Many classes are conducted in casual attire.
  • How long do meditation classes typically last?
    Classes can vary in duration, but many range from 30 minutes to an hour. Some classes may offer shorter sessions for beginners.
  • Can I meditate if I have physical limitations or health concerns?
