Enjoy the benefits of meditation, in the support of a group setting and with the guidance of an instructor. Classes are suitable for everyone, including those with no experience.

Tuesday - Journalling and Meditation @ 7PM. Location: Prom Health.
Thursday - Relaxation Meditation @ 7PM. Location: Prom Health.

5 class pass: $90
10 class pass: $175
