How do I join a class?

Simply book online. We have multi-class passes - click here for details.

Do I need to sit on the floor? 

No, you may sit on a chair, sit on the floor and/or lay on the floor when meditating. This is up to your personal preference and physical capabilities. We will provide chairs, cushions and mats to make it a comfortable, enjoyable experience. 

Do I need prior experience to join a meditation class? 

No, we welcome beginners. Our instructor provides guidance suitable for all levels. 

What should I wear to a meditation class? 


Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to sit or move easily. Many classes are conducted in casual attire. 

Can I meditate if I have physical limitations or health concerns? 


Yes, meditation can be adapted for various physical conditions. Inform the instructor of any concerns, and they can provide modified practices. 

How often should I attend meditation classes to experience benefits?


Consistency is more important than frequency. Aim for regular practice, whether it's daily or a few times a week, to see long-term benefits.
